5' 4.25" so I fall a bit short of your standard haha
I started at 175 pounds
I've been on MFP for almost 50 days and have lost close to 15 pounds in that time. I lost 10 prior over the course of about 6 months,
I'm even considering lowering my goal weight (now 140) because I know that I can definitely do it C:0 -
5' 10" and lost 24 lbs in 6 months (3 of those months I totally fell off the wagon). The key is to get started back right away when you mess up... You WILL mess up. Another key is to do something that you can live with. If you can't live with it, you won't do it very long.0

It's a Marathon, not a sprint! If you need to eat something that may be higher in calories, put in extra time at the gym or take a longer walk. It doesn't happen overnight. We didn't just wake up one day overweight, it happened gradually. The weight will come off. Stick with it and don't give up or be hard on yourself if you indulge once in awhile. You can do this!!0

5'5 (and a half) - Started loosely on March 3rd @ 239. Current weight is 232.2 as of today. I do elliptical 3 times a week for 30 minutes, and eat around 1600 calories a day and make time to enjoy a glass of wine here and there. I do not feel deprived! Eating what I want, just being smarter about it. Like Sunni1963 said, it is a marathon. I am okay if the weight comes off slowly, because I am doing this the right way this time and the point is, is that it comes off! :O)0
