In the latest chapter of Journeyman and the Sugar Satan, we find Journeyman stunted in his greatest journey to journey across the Applepagos Islands to defeat his greatest foe - Badanas the Sugar Satan!
Badanas tricks Journeyman into eating poison when he switches Journeyman's super nutrition packed chips with...plantain chips!!
How will Journeyman defeat Badanas now!?!?!?!?!?!?
Sir, Wrong John C. Reilly charter, if you are going to mention King Candy.

Should probably take a course on biological chemistry to learn some basics on actual living organisms chemical make ups before blurting out info that's not entirely correct. People that read here for information should get correct info.

There are different kinds of sugar...lactose, glucose, fructose...so yes, cutting them all out is impractical. But I believe you mean refined sugar, which if you have a problem regulating the amount you eat get rid of it. If you are one of those people who can just have one piece of candy and then move on then maybe it's not a problem. But from your post I'm gathering that's not you...so try cutting it out and see how you feel. I'll wager you will have less food cravings and feel better. You don't have to never eat a piece of cake ever again but if as an every day practice it helps you then go for it.0

I tracked my food almost every day this week and I need about 2500 calories to be a happy me. I do eat chips and little debbie's when I am stressed, but I would rather be a happy thin me, than a grouchy me. I'm really looking to loose weight and I know sugar is just plain BAD! I reset my goals to loose 2 pounds a week, The calories are not right, but the sugar is. If we take into account glucose shock and insulin resistance I believe it to even out easily. So baby steps I am going to cut out sugar as much as possible. I'm eliminating apples, badanas (bananas) and oranges immediately!!1 I recently started eating these devil foods, but an apple has like 19 grams of sugar. My potato chips only have 0.1 grams. Do the Math sheeple! I know what you are saying. I am taking out soda too, and switching to diet coke. I also plan to add a protein shake with whole organic milk to my diet before bed, the taste of chocolate should help me sleep though the night, and boost my metabolism. Lets go on this journey together, who is in with me?
Please no negativity from the peanut gallery. ::flowerforyou::0 -
