How To get and STAY motivated...

I know that one of the hardest things about weight loss can be the fact that it takes time... and with that, it can be easy to lose your motivation.   • Great article. I will seek out my WHY and my HOW. I'm failing miserably with every attempt. I don't want to die of an obesity related illness like my Dad did. I know I can do it. I just have to STAY motivated and consistent with ALL efforts.
