Calories burnt sleeping and eating

there doesn't seem to be a set excercises for this like there is for housework. It would be good if you could add one as can't keep accurate record of calories burnt if this is not factored in

That's included in the algorithm for calorie allotment, only add calories burned through deliberate exercise (ex: going for a run, lifting weights etc). Do not attempt to include these, as you would be essentially doubling your required calories0

Mastication does burn quite a bit of calories the more vigorous you are.0

Does sitting involve vigiting? picking your nose? crying and laughing? UMMMM
Does sleeping involve whaling around in the bed? UMMMMM0 -
