Far burning exercises?

Looking for good day burning exercises. My only issue is that I can't do cardio exercises such as running because I have bad tendinitis in both of my knees. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    It does make it harder... I work with a lot of people with knee issues and for cardio with slam the medicine ball on the ground... The one they bounces, 10 times, then 9 and do on. You can also use the battle ropes at the gym, assistant pull ups for a minutes, push ups for a minutes... Anything really that's ligh enough that you can do it for a minutes, but heavy enough that its a challenge. As time goes on... Add time. Hope it helps.
