    It's okay! Your on the right path and the numbers will go down. Concentrate on getting healthier and don't fixate on the number on the scale. You got this!!

    Stick to counting your calories and stay positive. The numbers will only go down from there. Be happy about what the scale will say a month from now, then two months,,then a year.

    I didn't even weigh myself until I had been working out for a month. Now I weigh 2 or 3 times a week. Sometimes I don't believe the scale. Like it'll say I'm down 2 pounds since 2 days ago. Then the next time ill be up a half pound. But over several weeks a slow downward pattern starting to emerge.

    Don't be ashamed, be proud! Sure, it sucks you let things get to this point, but you're here now and that's what counts. You can do this!
  • Numbers don't matter it's how you feel about yourself that counts. You can change what that scale says. If you wanna see a change; make a change.
