Dairy free Easter dinner help.

My mom decided my house is where Easter dinner will be, and my breast feeding sister is coming too. The only problem is she can't have anything with dairy or beef since her son is allergic. (Found out she can't even have traces of milk, like bread, or else Alex has blood in his diaper)

Anybody have some yummy dairy free/ beef free recipes?

I do have a lot of taters hanging out. I thing I'm just gonna grab everything that says no milk, and go from there.
