Insanity and other HIIT workouts

how do I log these? Was hoping there would be pre entered categories like there is for food, lol.

    I use a HR -> Calories burned chest strap / watch and I get around 950-1050 calories burned for 40mins of Insanity. Thats based on my age / weight etc. I think because it varies so much between people it would be too hard to have a 'pre-set'
