Just a thought... A few years ago I used to be a real huge calorie counter and stayed with in 1200 and 1400 a day (the odd exceptions to birthdays Christmas's etc) I didn't have a lot of time to exercise because I was going 8 to 5 days at school and traveling 2 hours a day. But my weight never changed. I stayed a hungry 60kg. Why did I never loose or gain weight? (Bare in mind it was a control thing not a diet thing so I ate a healthy balanced varied diet) will the same thing happen again?
I don't want to be keeping a close tabs on my calories only for me to be consume ing too much to make a loss. Any theories?

How tall are you? Because unless you're quite short, 60kg was likely a healthy, even thin, weight for you already. So you'd have been eating at maintenance for a healthy weight.0

I'm 5'10" and I've gained (a little too much) weight since then but I'd like to get in shape. So if I was at the higher end of theheathly bmi scale and I wanted to get down to a more comfortable in between number should I eat less and exercise more? I'm currently consuming between 1300 and 1500 calories.0
