Every time you go backward it is two steps.. Once you realize you are not making your goals your mind will shift the right way and the rest will follow..0 -

When I am at my most disciplined I can portion things but before then I try to buy small packages. Not cost effective but neither is being too heavy. After a few weeks of measuring you will get a better sense of real portions. Smaller plates help too! I never use my dinner plates. I do have massive mugs for my tea.
