After a good week last week, this week seems like in going backwards :/

    I know that I have a portion control problem. It sabotages my exercise progress every day :-(

    Turn back forward.. Patience my dear!

    Every time you go backward it is two steps.. Once you realize you are not making your goals your mind will shift the right way and the rest will follow..

    When I am at my most disciplined I can portion things but before then I try to buy small packages. Not cost effective but neither is being too heavy. After a few weeks of measuring you will get a better sense of real portions. Smaller plates help too! I never use my dinner plates. I do have massive mugs for my tea.
