No nuts!

I have a nut allergy, but need something high in protein, low in carbs and fat for snacks and also meals.
Help, please.
Chicken, turkey, ham, fish, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, egg whites, protein bars, hummus (w/ celery sticks, carrots, cucumbers, etc).
*When you lower carbs, your fats should increase (and vice versa).. it would be difficult to have a diet of low carb and low fat.0 -
Nuts are high in fat and only have moderate protein content anyway. No loss there, according to your needs.
There's also jerky.0 -
Dry roasted soy beans or edamame, jerky, boiled eggs, cottage cheese0
