Busy day starting with a very fast (for me) under 10 min mile, run and then met my daughter for a walk along the trail where I run. Ended the day with putting her on a plane homeWill miss her but glad to get back to my normal routine! I did buy new running shoes, Brooks Pure Flow - can't wait to take them for a spin in the morning!

I had a fair bit of wind today too.... was being flicked and swatted by my ponytail at one point (and that stings!!!) Note to self.....ALWAYS put hair into a bun!!

April 1 - rest -- hate to not run the first of the month but was traveling all day. In the future I am going to just get up really early if I am traveling and just do it!
April 2- 6.01 miles - got to run in daylight so left the neighborhood! It was so fun! I'm working on the "lean" from Good Form Running -- when you do it right, there is very little effort!
@shanaber - yep, it's always bittersweet to put my daughter on the plane back to school.

@briebee7 - that's the worst! It was very windy in Virginia when I was away and there was so much dirt being blown in my face one morning. It hurt and I was so dirty afterwards, with the sweat it was practically mud, lol.0 -
