Weight gain trouble

ok so I started off a large guy. I started running 4 miles a night lost a ton of weight and been working out for 6-7 months. I feel like I am not packing on enough muscle because I cannot eat all I am suppose to cause I am always so stuffed and still lose weight anyone got any ideas ? What am I doing wrong .

Off the top of my head my guess is that you need to add more calorie dense foods. Could you open your diary so that it is public?0

On the website it's My Home, Settings, Diary Settings, and then choose public in the Diary Sharing section.0

Your logging is a bit spotty but your most recent entries make it look like you are low carb. Is that on purpose? I think it's easy to eat more carbs. You could cut down on protein and add in more carbs, which will help.
Also, be sure to go to the Gaining Weight area because you'll get great advice there.0
