i was an athlete for years back in school and while i've managed to gather some fluff in recent years, i feel like i've held onto a fairly solid frame. i feel good around 140-145 and i think trying to go lower is going to take a TON of work for me to do and maintain. also, i figure i'm healthy where i am i just want to feel leaner and stronger so not getting too worked up over it
Thank you!! All these 130-135 had me feeling a little alone.

absolutely! sure, i've thought about what it might be like to be under 140. i was between 135-140 as a high school athlete and then bulked up to about 160 my freshman year of college. after my days as a competitive athlete came to an end, i settled back down around 145, which has looked both lean and not so lean on me depending on how i am eating and taking care of myself. if i'm a healthy, lean 145 i feel pretty good, but might shoot for 140 to see if i can get a little more definition and depending if i start to fall between sizes which gets to be a pain. i've felt good at 160 (as an athlete, not how i was carrying it when i decided i had to start losing) but i was putting a lot of work into that0 -
Was 165 I'm now 161 and trying to achieve maintenance
As always with these threads I'm happy a good 10-20lbs above the 'norm' ..but I'm a US 6 at 165lb and still have my D-cups and some curves
I wouldn't panic if I dropped a little more but this is my range

I was about 140lbs when I was 18 and I looked unhealthy at that weight.0 -
5.9' and hit goal after a 75 lb loss on WE online in07/08 stayed there till 11 then added 30 then stayed there till last 18 months and am now up 55 (start weight 207 on MFP now 201) out of 75. Goal for me was 152 picture is at goal and my last half ( I had an injury. I was 38 in the picture and I am now 42. Working to get back to this picture ..

That's about the stats of my 18 year old. It's her body type. She is very much in shape and healthy. Everyone is different.0

I'm 5'7" (in my mind closer to 5'8" lol) I currently weigh 122/123, but my goal weight is 115 - 118. Honestly, with my frame, I feel like I can go as low as 110 and look good.0

I have to agree with misskarne. 110lbs is heading into anorexic town at our height...
122 is the borderline of underweight..110 is a BMI of 16.7 and puts someone at serious risk of long term health issues
It is not rude to point out this is not any where near a healthy weight and means the patient is likely not getting enough nutrients

WOW!!!! So many tall girls here i love it, i need you in my life- i seem to be surrounded by 5" girls and tall men (brothers and husband all 6'4" and over) so i feel so weird and alone lol!

I'm 173cm which I think is 5'8. SW was 93.2kgs. CW is 88.2kgs. GW is 70kgs. Everyone seems so light. I must have a large frame because under 70kgs would be a struggle for me to maintain.1

I do have a large frame, and am at just about 70kg now (actually a touch under that but within my "range") - I always suspected I had a large frame, but second-guessed the wrist measurements and such... they couldn't possibly be accurate because I was 100+ pounds overweight! So I always used the Medium option on estimation calculators, that's partly how I came up with 145lbs as my initial goal. But recently I measured my wrist again and now that I've lost the 100 lbs and then some, my wrist still measures 6.5 inches, which actually is a large frame after all, and makes my CW of 152lb/68kg just about golden.0 -

I'm 5'8" and started at 196, I'm now 157 and aiming for 140 - I originally thought I wanted to be 130, but looking at myself now I don't think I have that much more to lose in order to be healthy/happy!0
