I picked 160 out of the air....I have no idea what I will look like at that point as I probably haven't weighed that since I was 12. But I know as I get further down I'll be concentrating more on BF%. I don't mind being thicker, as long as it is lean mean muscles that lets me run, jump, crawl, climb and do all sorts of crazy stuff. I prefer the athletic build to the skinny model look. Personal preference.0 -

I used to weigh 115 back before the college drinking days hah, so I think 125 is a healthy target for me. The first ten pounds were so easy! I'm starting to slow down now though, and I've been lazy about my running..0 -

i was an athlete for years back in school and while i've managed to gather some fluff in recent years, i feel like i've held onto a fairly solid frame. i feel good around 140-145 and i think trying to go lower is going to take a TON of work for me to do and maintain. also, i figure i'm healthy where i am i just want to feel leaner and stronger so not getting too worked up over it0 -
I'm 5'8" and started out at 183. I'm currently 176 and my goal weight is 145-150.0

absolutely! sure, i've thought about what it might be like to be under 140. i was between 135-140 as a high school athlete and then bulked up to about 160 my freshman year of college. after my days as a competitive athlete came to an end, i settled back down around 145, which has looked both lean and not so lean on me depending on how i am eating and taking care of myself. if i'm a healthy, lean 145 i feel pretty good, but might shoot for 140 to see if i can get a little more definition and depending if i start to fall between sizes which gets to be a pain. i've felt good at 160 (as an athlete, not how i was carrying it when i decided i had to start losing) but i was putting a lot of work into that0 -
Was 165 I'm now 161 and trying to achieve maintenance
As always with these threads I'm happy a good 10-20lbs above the 'norm' ..but I'm a US 6 at 165lb and still have my D-cups and some curves
I wouldn't panic if I dropped a little more but this is my range
