Oops correction 463cals , I can get down with this type of healthy eating!

I feel like I'm cheating with The sausages even though they are chicken

Looks about right. You would need to weigh your foods to be more accurate, but I think that is very close.

Don't ruin your sandwich with "clean" eating talk. That is a controversial word.

Not to mention, that is far from what a typical clean eater would call "clean". Sausage - processed. Bread - processed. Eat the foods you like (as that is a great meal) and don't worry about titles like "clean".

    Thanks again,
I don't suppose you would mind checking out my macros for me?
I am TRYING to get abit more definition for summer , Lifting 3x a week with cardio,

Only just started getting involved with macros and it's not easy to hit them correctly,
Can my macros be as they are or would I need to get stricter?
So far I'm heading in the right direction for now

At about 20% body fat at the moment

What's wrong with Turkey Bacon? Yum!! Looks amazing and looks like 400-500kcals! Perfect meal size imo and you've got your carbs, protein, and fat, check check check.

It does look delicious. I like meals in that calorie range b/c they don't make me feel like I'm on "a diet" plus I try not to eat between meals, so I don't "spend" a lot of cals on snacks. Looking at your beautifully plated dish, I think I'll pick up some chicken sausage myself next grocery run. :)

Cutting carbs just helps greatly reduce your calories. (I'm not even going to touch Keto). Do not over-think it, just cut the calories. I allow myself more carbs on lift days and fewer on cardio days.
