Tracking liquid

Does everyone track what they drink? I quit drinking pop, so now I either drink water, Gatorade or fruit juices. Should I be tracking this stuff, does it really affect my overall calories that much to where it's important?

I do. But I basically only drink water, Arizona Diet Green Tea, and Gatorade (only when I need it for a workout). I'd track a milkshake or something like that too if I made ig myself. Oh, and I track protein shakes and even the occasional alcoholic beverage.0

I don't think tracking water is so important unless you need a reminder to drink plenty. I track anything else I drink. If it has calories then it's part of my daily intake and I think it's important.0
