    Metallica
    Megadave
    Otep
    Manowar
    Manowar

Is that supposed to say "Megadeth?" Or is there also a "Megadave" band? :)

To me Hard Core was better than metal for lifting, The message of coming back or standing up for yourself makes me lift stronger.

    Hatebreed
    Path of resistance
    Throwdown

I am down for anything with Max Cavalera
    So Old Sepultura
    Soulfy
    Cavalera conspiracy

    Current Heavy Metal
    Hate Eternal
    Cult of Luna
    Down
    Isis

    Electornic metal
VNV nation - empires and future perfect
    Minus all
    Icon of Coil
    Cesium 37
    Project Pitchfork
  • Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth, Slipknot, Lacuna Coil... too tired to remember the rest!

You should check out The Agonist for a similar style. Also, if you don't mind a band that doesn't take itself too seriously, iwrestledabearonce is amazing.

For me depends on what I'm doing. Lifting, Type O Negative. Not much other metal when lifting.

Boxing - Pantera is just plain perfect for hitting things. High energy but a good pace.

    Cardio/conditioning:
    Obituary
    Deicide (not decide, Deicide.)
    Sepultura
    Slayer
    Cynic
    Kittie
    Rammstein
    Pantera

Also like a bit of Primus in there as well.

Among omarth (my heathen viking metal. HAIL ODIN VALHALLA BOUND WE ARE)
