I'm a 19 year old (soon-to-be) sophomore in college. I've been doing mfp for a few months now and I really like it. I've lost a little over 18 pounds so far on mfp, but I've lost more than 30 since starting college. I feel like I've done the overweight thing for a while, now I'm gonna try the healthy thing. I like to keep things positive. ^^ Also, I LOVE CATS.
Add me as a friend if you wish, I promise I won't leave a dead mouse on your doorstep! ...Unless you're into that sort of thing.

Are cats a lean source of protein??
I'm getting a bit tired of all of the chicken that I've been eating and concerned about feathers growth...
Just teasing...0 -

I love cats!! We have a 17 year old cat named Toonces (remember the SNL skit? Toonces the driving cat!) anyways, she may be 17 but she thinks she is a kitten.
Feel free to add me as a friend. : )0 -
Ahahaha. Not sure about the protien count, but I assume they are high in vitamin C. Especially those gingers.0

and i do have two cats a orange and white long hair who loves green beans goes nuts for them. and a snow shoe manx. that was at one time 20pounds, till i cut him back.
at work i am the partial owner of a black and white long hair named Morgan who came to us by having his jaw almost ripped off by a pit bull. repaired as best as our vet could (not being a specialist with all the fancy equipment) it is not pretty (crooked) but functional. we tried to adopted him out, but they took him to their vet who advised them to euthanize him because he would never be able to eat and survive on his own, We said no bring him back we will keep him here before that happens. oh by the way this cat who will never eat or survive at one point got up to 18 pounds.
the vet has now just taken on a kitten with a broken back that some passerby found in a ditch and brought him by. His wheelchair is schedule to arrive tomorrow.
are we suckers yep pretty much0 -
I am totally in love with a ginger kitty and a grey kitty called Bingley and Darcy, we saved them from death row.
*hugs* about those disabled ***** cats, one in a wheelchair and one with a mauled face!!!

Gosh. Those poor kitties. But I'm sure they're very glad they have good people like y'all to take care of them and make them comfortable.0
