I have started the spreadsheet with starting weights and todays excercise calories. I will post on wed as a tracker and each day after. We will weigh in after the first week on Monday morning and a final weigh in the second MOnday for the second week and overall challange!
my goal is lost 2 pounds from the excercise during the challenge and another 2 for eating well. What are your thoughts?0 -
