I started the streak to help me stay within my calories. It has helped me so much! Especially during the weekends. I even went on vacation and kept it going!! Add me!! I post what day I m on daily.

    @Kruggeri I dont pay attention to the net most of the time. I m doing 1200 cals. I dont eat back what i exercise. I dont do a lot of cardio unless i eat over the 1200, then i add some to keep my steak going. I am doing some strength exercises regularly.

    That's amazing. I'm on 1200 calories a day too and do some cardio and a lot of swimming.

    I'm so glad to see someone else doesn't eat back their exercise calories. I just feel it's self-defeating.

    As long as I'm eating my 1200 per day, I feel I'm eating enough. I eat a small amount of protein, a lot of fresh fruit and veg and get my carbs from root veg (not potatoes) and bananas (at least one a day, never more than two).
