I would say that it will make the rice taste yummy.....I mean, coconut rice????.....anyone who loves Thai food will agree....and it might help the rice not to stick together if that is something that happens to you....but as for reducing the body's calories??....I don't think so but that's just my opinion.....darn!!!.....now I want Thai food!!!!!!!lol0
