What is a good weight for someone that is 5'3-5'4? Please post pics of what you look like.

    Well that depends on everything from frame size to body composition. Someone with a lower body fat% and a decent amount of muscle will weigh more than expected.
    My first goal is 130lbs, but ultimately I'd like to be 20% BF and I really won't care what the scale says at that point. I'm 5'4.5"

    I'm 5'4 and weigh 168 pounds. Trying to get to 130 but I'm curvy.
