    He's the mayor of a small town in New Mexico. It was a close race between him, a cat, and the incumbent who was deceased. He won, and has vowed to clean up the town. Apparently, there is a lot of underwear stealing from the good citizens' clotheslines. He WILL get to the bottom of this. Stan's the man!
