I seem to be eating a crazy amount of oatmeal to keep me full and satisfy my sweet tooth cravings. Although it's working great, I was wondering what other people use as a "filler" food to help achieve their weight loss goals? I would love to get some new ideas!

Another good sweet craving food is nonfat vanilla yogurt with a few semisweet chocolate chips. Would probably be good with greek yogurt and dark chocolate chips too, but I didn't have any of those on hand when I was craving something sweet.

A serving of greek yogurt with a couple tablespoons of raw, unsalted almonds, an apple with a tablespoon of peanut or almond butter, carrot sticks with hummus, cottage cheese with fresh strawberries, and my favorite snack, a Quest protein bar!

Eggs and/or jerky (usually a full 3 oz bag)

Either of those can keep me full for hours and I forget about any thoughts of sweets.

I love to eat one pepperjack string cheese (70 cals) and a 100-calorie pack of almonds plus a pickle (0 cal). Satisfies my salty and spicy cravings. Thankfully, I don't have much of a sweet tooth at all.
