Do you have to "break in" your workout shoes?

I have been having issues finding comfortable cross trainers. I have had to return one pair and I am on day 2 of a new pair. They're just not that comfortable. I don't remember having issues in the beginning few days with shoes. Anyone else have this issue? Any recommendations of a great cross trainer? (I do lots of walking, stairs, elliptical, and Zumba.) TIA!

I usually have to get several runs in for mine. But maybe get your shoes fitted at a reputable store, your feet do change over time. I used to always wear a size 12 If not 11.5. My shoes started always hurting my feed went and got fitted now wearing a size 13, other than a break in period no issues.

Depends on the shoe. Most of the time I am good from the beginning but some shoes take a few times of working out before they are very comfortable.

Ahaha my feet would die. I have flat feet and arthritis in my right big toe. I think that may be part of these new problems. Like belgerian says, maybe my feet are changing. A trip to Road Runner is likely needed.

Is this code for having sex in your shoes?

Mine either feel good right away or I'm buying the wrong shoes.
