Hi All! I eat pretty healthy (ignore my first 2 days it was my bday I celebrated with pizza). Ill start putting my recipes as I make them. I've also got a pretty good workout routine going, aiming to tone overall but focussed on gaining muscle (growing) in the butt and arms, remove some fat, and tighten stomach and thighs. Also increase cardio skill for running/hiking and overall strength. Im happy to share all that I know.

Also hoping to find some friends who are further along than myself so I can learn more from them too! :) Tips and advice welcome.

    I'm always on the hunt for new recipes! I like what i cook, but we can only have chicken and veggies so many times in a week!
