Recently back to MFP and would love more friends to help keep me motivated and going this time! My name is Alexandria, I'm 23 years old and from Iowa USA. Trying to lose 25lbs and tone up. So far down 5lbs and on my way to fit! :)

    I was on here about 18 months ago lost 4 and a half stone and here I am back again after gaining 2!! I'm looking for help and motivation!! :-) x
