I have installed and deleted this app numerous of times last year. I'm hoping to grasp my will power to keep the app and be successful with losing some pounds.
My goal is to work out twice a day 5 days a week. I like to watch Leslie Lansone and I love to do her intervals. However, I like to do other exercises too, like Ushape on the Xbox that has different calorie burn exercises.
I'm hoping to lose 15-20 pounds all together before July 1st.

Yep same! I like how since last time I tried to use this they have added the reminders like "you haven't logged breakfast yet today, do it now!"
Working out twice a day is pretty intense though? Are you raising too bar so high you never meet it? I like baby goals and then working my way up. But then some people like the challenge. Good luck!0 -
