Need help with normal daily activities settings

Please, I need some inputs. I am doing Ayslum/Insanity/P90X Hybrid program 6 times per week. I spend most of time sitting in front of the computer i.e. when I'm not working out. Should keep my activity level at Sedentary or should I change it to Active or Very Active? The Insanity Nutrition guide recommends moderately active which equates to very active in MFP. I would love to get some feedbacks.

    set it to the Sedentary, log all your workouts.

    Keep it as Sedentary, but log your calories burned from working out on the days you workout. This will add calories on the days you exercise. Make sure you eat these extra calories as doing a program like you are doing requires fuel. If you currently get 1600 cals and burn 800, MFP will give you 2400 cals on those days.

    I agree with the other two, sedentary then log your workouts

    Keep your activity level at sedentary and log your workouts (then eat most/all of your exercise calories). Your activity level is your normal activity and workouts are tracked separately.
