Cheeseburger - on a bun, baked potato with butter (the real stuff and not that horrible olio garbage (Ever notice how "olio" is "oil O" spelled backwards?)), broccoli, Canada Dry ginger ale.
Followed with toast with chocolate butter and milk for 'desert'.
AND I still managed to come in under my calorie bank.

186 g Tilapia seasoned with Lemon Pepper seasoning (grinder) and Habanero seasoning (grinder)
    Very boring salad:
    -85 g Butter Lettuce
    -11 g Colby Shredded Cheese
    - A little over 2tbsp of Lite Ranch
    - 28 g jalapenos
    - 28 g banana peppers
(realized as I was making the salad that I was out of most of the stuff I usually use. :disappointed: )

Thank you for the recipe . I will try it . Sounds delicious
