Mine was pretty standard tator tot casserole I think.
Tonight it had 1 lb ground beef, 1 onion, salt, pepper, 1 c green beans, reduced fat canned cream of mushroom soup, 1 c shredded cheddar cheese and tator tots. I sometimes put peas or green peppers in it. I was going to replace the ground beef with beans or lentils but there was a protest from family on messing with their old favorite that much. You could probably use ground turkey, reduce the amount of cheese or something.0 -
Turkey sandwich with avocado.0

Smoked Paprika and Rutabaga Bisque recipe from Chow.com. I modified the recipe to be lighter, but I had a rutabaga and smoked paprika on hand and man... what a match made in heaven that was. Probably one of the best soups I've had. Also was a huge hit with my husband.0

Chinese food. Steamed chicken and broccoli.0

I had balsamic-soy sauce glazed chicken thighs, basmati rice, roasted asparagus and white wine0

I had pulled pork with BBQ sauce, french fries, and ketchup. This is not my normal sort of dinner but worked late tonight, so my husband just heated some things up. It was tasty though! Plus ice cream with raspberries and cacao nibs for dessert.0

A flat-out pizza covered in onions, mushrooms, cheese, and pepperoni... and used high-fiber V8 as the sauce base. Don't judge: it's quite yummy!
Then discovered kiddo had finished off the ice cream and everyone else had finished off every sweet in the house, so for 'dessert': 2 small baked potatoes covered in cheese and margarine, and left-over green beans. Then STILL needed ~50 calories so shared a banana with the dogs, because no one else deserved the last sweet thing in the house...
That was too much food, really XD0 -
2 pcs of pizza (delivery)
And a sweet potato (baked in oven at home)
My son had a really rough day at school and requested (chanted) pizza
It was worth it0 -
Bacon mac & cheese with extra cheese and extra bacon. (I'm serious).0
-
Chicken and taters and part of a white chocolate Easter bunny.0
-
Kale salad with apple and cripsy ham, along with 3 glasses of red wine. Then I got drunk so my two servings of moose tracks ice cream turned into two and a half, plus some toast with laughing cow cheese. Whoops.0

Some of these things sound so good! Lol and I feel like I am dreaming being able to eat what I like long as its within the calorie limit. My mind still haven't wrapped around the idea0

Not sure if this will work, but my basic recipe is pretty reasonable I think:
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/view/59113392058109
(It's sliced potatoes instead of tator tots. The potatoes get much more crispy than the tots do which I - and my family - prefer. 174 calories of sliced potato goes way further than a lot more in tator tots too, it seems. Oh and in case it just shows generic potatoes: the ones I use are 'sunlite' which have fewer calories than many varieties out there)0 -
OMG, why have I not heard of this tater tot casserole? Sounds like a winner0

Oh, Elvis is classic though and at least I've heard of him
Now I know who they are, I only heard of the show 19 kids & counting but didn't know their names or anything because I don't pay attention to stuff like that. But maybe I will go check out more of their recipes!0 -
