Help!!!! I'm stuck!!! I do a minimum of 10 miles a day (collectively) drink almost 2 liters of water, take in between 1800-2000 calories and I can't lose weight to save my life! The scale will not move! I'm 144lbs I just want to see 135!

Maybe you're eating at maintenance? How tall are you? 10 miles of what?0

Calories in is most important for weight loss - how many do you average per week, and how do you log?0

It may be useful to note there's a duplicate to this thread here: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10132204/weight-loss-help#latest0

We need more information. What are your age and height? How long has your weight been stuck? Are you using a food scale? How do you determine your exercise burns and how much, if any, do you eat back? Nine pounds to lose means you have to be very precise, and it can take quite a bit of time.0
