Fast Track Belly Fat Cure

I started the Fast Track Belly Fat Cure diet by Jorge Cruise today. I know that sugar is my #1 problem and has become an addiction. Even a little bite of a sugary "treat" sends me searching for more and more. Is anybody else doing the FT/BFC? I would love to have an accountability buddy!!

I just purchased the book. I am a bit overwhelmed by the prospect of not even using artificial sugar but am planning to put together a menu of foods that I like and giving it a try. I stay within my calorie count every day but go over on sugar and am not losing weight consistently. How is it working for you?0

I've been on it a month & LOVE it! I've only lost about 8 lbs., but I've lost 4" of belly. I have way more energy than when I was eating "healthy"....I am insulin resistant and hypothyroid, so I think I've finally found the right thing for me. It's the first time in a decade the scale has started to budge. Did you like it?0

Hello! I just started the Belly Fat Cure fast track (sort of). I like using my own recipes. I have found if I eat sugar, I just want more of it, so this is a great diet for me since I am not craving food as much anymore. How many grams of fat are you all tracking? That's the one thing I'm unsure of.0
