Finally seeing a difference!

So, this is the first time I'm posting 'before' and 'after' pictures on MFP, and I'm feeling a little uncomfortable about it - but I'm also feeling proud and wanted to share 
The before picture was taken after I'd already lost around 10lbs and was probably around 190lbs (my actual before isn't MFP suitable) and my after (which is really a during, as I have further to go!) was taken this morning at 175lb.
Here we go..
