Post couple's workout dinner: pan seared brussels sprouts with shiitake and cremini mushrooms over tri-colored quinoa and Earth Balance lemon butter. Feeling healthy and strong!

Lunch for work tomorrow, budgetbyte's Dragon noodles with some eggs, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and some leftover turkey breast.

Weird... I have a toolbar with the bold symbol, the italic symbol, the paragraph symbol and smiley faces but no down turned page or camera icon. I'm on a tablet, I'll have to check it on !y PV and phone. Thanks for responding!
