21 Day Fix Beginner Looking to LOSE!

Hi all,

I just finished college in May and am in my first year of teaching 4th grade! The stress of being a first year teacher has caught up to me and my waistline. My self confidence has plummeted and I just don't feel like myself. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE! I just ordered the 21 day fix program to help me get back on track and get my body back! I am 5'4" and weigh 154lbs. My FIRST goal weight is 140 but ideally I'd like to get back to a comfortable 130lbs. My biggest struggle is getting my workouts in. Any advice or tips would be great!

    Hi! I'm on Day 4 and loving it so far. I'm about the same size/weight as you. I try to get my workouts out of the way in the morning but I work from home so that's not an issue. Once the workout starts it goes really fast and 30 minutes is such a small portion of your day. Maybe try to get it in as soon as you get home? And with the containers, plan ahead a few days and put your food into sectioned containers. Then you don't have to take so much time preparing your meals which leaves more time for exercise!

    I had a friend try to get me into it, but I had to decline when I realized that I already have a Vitamix and I can make my own shakes.
