Weight loss comes from the deficit.

Tightening comes from exercise. Eat at a deficit and strengthen and tone your core. Blessings.

If You are doing your workout routine WITH a calorie deficit eating plan, 2 months should be enough time to see some results. BUT if you are like most of us, the weight will first come off in dumb places...thinner ankles are nice but.....

No guarantees in life of what comes off where and how fast. You'll run in to less frustration along the way if you don't set goals with hard timelines. Don't say, "I'll weigh X and look like Y by June 1," Say, "I'll look and feel so much healthier this summer." Set yourself up for success...which will breed more success!

Yep, I'm a 36 yr old mom who's carried three pregnancies to full term, and I got a totally flat stomach just by losing enough weight. Didn't do any exercise at all either. I did have to adjust my original goal weight down around 15lbs though to get to that point.

I lost 2 inches off my stomach in 2 months. Very little ab work though. I did need to strengthen my core after my twin pregnancy but I have the calorie deficit to to thank for my flat stomach!

Me? I couldn't. Any flatter and it would be concave instead of flat.

You? Just maintain a calorie deficit. Exercise for abdominals is a a myth. It's ALL about fat loss, not building muscle with "abdominals workouts", right?

Genetics will dictate how you lose body fat. It may happen, it may not. One thing is for sure though, if you stay consistent and lose enough body fat, your stomach will eventually flatten out more.
