Has anyone ran across an all encompassing list of what Supplements shouldn't be taken together?
I've read that Creatine and caffeine shouldn't be. That Beta-alanine and Taurine shouldn't be. That calcium and ZMA shouldn't be.
I've tried google but I only get what medications that shouldn't be taken with certain supplements.
So I'm looking for a hotlink of supplements that shouldn't be taken with other supplements.
Thanks!

never heard of the caffeine and creatine thing before.......the majority of pre-workout supplements have both of those ingredients in them....the same with beta-alanine and taurine.
ZMA and calcium I was aware of, ZMA supps usually advise to not take with dairy based products on the packaging.0
