gaining/maintaining at a healthy pace during pregnancy

Any suggestions on how calorie intake and goals for pregnancy? I do not want to gain more than necessary, but want to be healthy as well.

    When I was pregnant I set MFP to maintain until my second trimester where I set it up to gain 1/2lb per week and then in the third trimester to gain 1lb per week and it worked out really well. Talk to your doctor about how much they need you to gain and you can work the the MFP settings like that to help you get there!

    Feel free to add me as a friend, I found MFP to be super helpful while I was pregnant. I may not have been perfect but I know that if I DIDN'T use MFP to stay on track 85% of the time I don't know WHERE I'd be today (14 months later)!
