New and need friends

hi everyone working on my second week of MFP have not weight myself yet still getting some organization of food and exercise etc. worked out before i step on scale again. dont want the number to totally discourage me.

    How I loathe the scale!! It can be so discouraging when u exercise,eat right then step on the scale and nothing or worse gained. So now I measure by clothes and how I feel, clothes are looser I feel better. Add me if you like :)

    Awesome Shelly!!!! Just stick with it and stay dedicated. Go to bed every night with a calorie deficiencey and set an attainable goal ahead to aim for. Good luck
