I'm new

Hi - I've had this app a while but never really had the motivation to really get on with it, I'm desperate to lose a stone and a bit, don't want to throw my clothes out, and want to feel better in myself

    Good luck to you. You definitely can do it. I was 187 lbs in 2009 and got down to 135 in a year. Over the course of the last two years I found myself at 161. I've worked my butt off this week over spring break and am at 153 lbs. I think small goals are better. My goal is 150 and I've got three days to go. Good luck to you. It's not that bad when you get into the groove of it.

    Hi guys thank you - I've just started to track to see what I normally do - I've never calorie counted and I'm shocked really at how much sugar there is in the things I eat (eg fresh fruit)
    There are going to have to be some changes!!!
