This is actually a good workout, I do as a warm up now. I only lost 8 lbs in 10 days but my friend lost 12, so it depends on the person I guess. When I first started it took me 30 mins, now I'm down to 15 mins
100 Crunches
90 Jumping Jacks
80 Lunges(40 each Leg)
70 squats
60 sec jog
50 sec plank
40 jumping Jacks
30 squats
20 High Kicks
10 push-ups
100 Crunches
