HELP...why am I so tired?

I have been at a plateau for at least 2 weeks and have gained/lost anything. I have been working out 5 days a week and eating what I should about 6 days a week.
This week I decided that I wanted to increase the burn and make a goal to burn 3500 calories in a week. I looked back and was averaging about 2000 calories a week before. I was doing about 30-45 min work outs 3 days a week and 2 days a week I was doing around 75 mins. Yesterday I did 65 mins and today I am sitting at close to 100 mins. My body isn't sore or achy from workouts. However, I am just dead tired.
I always eat at least my 1200 calories a day and try to eat back most of my exercise calories too. This week I have made sure that I am keeping up with calorie intake vs calorie output even though I am not hungry.
So the question at hand is am I missing anything? Am I just tired because I am working so hard or am I dead tired because I am cheating my body of something important? Tips please would be great.

Sleep is very important on a diet. Also resting a day between workouts is what I've found best. Maybe alternate cardio to weight training, if you're so tired. And make sure you're drinking plenty of water. 8 glasses is the minimum. But you need to be drinking more to replace what you sweat out during exercise.
That being said, some of us are just prone to plateaus. We have to live with them and push through them. But small changes to shake things up are good. Don't try to be too drastic, or your body just might reject it.
p.s. In addition to the scale, taking your measurements is a great way to see if you're shrinking.0 -
Your body needs recovery days as well.0

I don't know how much you're sleeping but you NEED good nights of sleep. If you're sleeping well, maybe vitamins?0

BINGO on the water! After you said that I noticed that my water intake is much lower. Friday and Saturday are my normal rest days. I could prob go to bed a little earlier also.
I do take multi vitamins every morning.
I will up my water intakeand go to bed earlier. We will see if that helps me out.
Thanks everyone!0
