Hello I am 24 years old and 6'1". On the 25th September 2014 I did weigh 244 lbs and today I weigh 177 lbs.
There was no reason that I decided to lose weight, I just woke up 1 morning and decided that I would do it.
I started off by downloading the myfitnesspal app and logging my food. I never went on a crazy diet plan, I still eat the same food but I dont snack in between meals atall and I only drink water.
I got myself an exercise bike and started doing HIIT workouts. I am lifting weights also but I wish I started that sooner. All I want to do now is tone up, I still have a long journey ahead of me to tone up. Thanks for reading, here are some pics.

That is a fantastic job mate. You look great and should be really proud. What are your plans now (maintaining or adding more muscle etc?). Either is a win/win option.0

Great job, really amazing dedication. I have extremely similar start and goal weights but am only about half as far along. At what point did you incorporate weight training?0

Thanks mate. I am wanting to add more muscle but not too much, my main goal is to tighten up my stomach area.
