I've gained about 50 pounds last year (those 50 pounds I had lost the year before that) and I've been trying to lose that weight plus more.
Any tips this time it's hard Bc I don't want to lose weight the way I first did. I want to do It the heathy way.
Do you guys usually have a cut time where you don't eat past a certain time ?
Also I've cut soda juices out and I've been only drinking water.

Eat less, move more. Use a food scale to determine how much you're eating. Be mindful of exercise burns, as they're often overestimated. Focus on nutritious foods to fill you up and reach your macros/micros, but you don't need to cut treats out from your diet...enjoy them in moderation.
When you eat has no effect on weight loss. If eating late causes sleep issues for you or you have a tendency to binge at night, then it's good to have a cutoff time, but many people can and do eat right before they go to sleep (right now I can't eat dinner until after 8:30 three nights a week and I go to bed anywhere between 10 and 12).

Don't cut out anything you like. You just have to cut back on your total intake. Eat during weight loss the way you would want to eat for the rest of your life. Just make sure you hit your calorie goal (set up by MFP, tweak if necessary), and don't set a too aggressive weight goal.0

I do a form of IF by not eating in the morning. My first meal is early afternoon.
Eat whenever you want. Eat as often as you want: once a day, twice a day, three times a day w/ snacks, whatever works.
Find your rhythms and honor them. Then be ready to be o.k. when you modify those.0 -

I'm new and hope to lose 15 lbs. I'm 4ft 10in. I'm 65 years old. I didn't care about losing weight because I'm a two time cancer survivor. Even though my chances of getting it again are high, I'm hoping I don't of course, that doesn't mean I shouldn't look no nice, right? I weigh 137 and would like to weigh about 125. Wish me luck please!rocknlotsofrolls wrote: »dang! I was going to post something, but malibu927 took the words right out of my mouth. Welcome Elaine! Sorry to hear of the cancer but great that you are a survivor. I agree that, no matter what, we all want to look nice and feel good too boot! For us older girls with health problems it's also extremely important to eat well and healthy.
Good luck0
