Help finding a workout

I am new to fitness pal and I have been using Jillian michaels killer abs dvd. How do I add this to my diary. I am having trouble finding this workout. Thank for any and all help.

    You can make your own workout just add minutes and calories burned. You can google how to make also how many calories her videos burn

    MFP uses general categories for calorie burn estimates. The majority of Jillian DVDs are a combination of cardio and strength training. If that sounds like your workout.....use circuit training under cardiovascular.

    If it's just strength training then under cardio again, select strength training.
