Thanks! It was hard to switch from calorie cutting to eating 'normal' (but healthy) and focusing on strength. I've been on the weight-loss track for the last year or so, so I had this adverse fear of gaining any fat. But after month, I went to get my body-fat tested, and it was basically the same as when I was 6-7lbs lighter!0
