    Go at your own pace. Don't compare yourself to anyone. You're on your own journey. Stay motivated, stay encourage. It's hard at first but the results are SOOOO worth it

    Remember to go up a notch. If you walked a mile today, walk 1.5 miles next week. Weights, increase it to your capabilities

    I have been able increased my time as well as my resistance since I started.
