Got out there in 15 degrees and did 5 miles this morning. A little slippery but felt good. Anyone else running today?!

    I still think you're crazy!

I'm running...inside where it's warm and dry...this afternoon. I'll pop back in and let you know how I did!

No outdoor running for me in the winter. Cold air triggers asthma.

Completed 20 min of 90 sec intervals (jogging / walking). It's a slightly ramped up modification to week 2 of the Couch to 5k program.

    I'm learning to run!!!!!
    AND I  IT!!!

I can only increase my mileage by 10% a week and since I ran 2 miles on Monday, then I only have to run 1.4 miles today, and then 3 miles on Friday.

All on a treadmill because it's waaaay too cold and icy. I saw someone running outside this morning and I sure hope they didn't fall! We got almost 6 inches of snow yesterday and should be getting icy rain/sleet tomorrow. Eeeeesh!
